Unlike my husband I’m rubbish at following recipes and in an attempt to cut corners and simplify recipes I end up making up my own. This drives my husband mad but I like to freestyle!
If you have been following my blog for a while, you will know that baking is one of our activities of choice for when it is raining outside. As the weather turned from glorious Summer to grey and rainy, we decided to treat ourselves and bake some delicious Banana and Strawberry muffins.
I think this recipe looks quite fancy but I can assure you it is super easy to make. It’s one of my favourite dinner recipes and the little ones love it too, which is always a plus.
To celebrate Palm Sunday and the start of Spring we decided to bake a fresh and scrumptious Strawberry Pavlova for dessert.
I first tried this recipe when I baked my sister’s baby shower cake. She loves cakes that are simple in flavour and not too sickly sweet. This cake is just that and as a plus, it’s the easiest cake to bake ever.
