This year hasn’t started like we hoped (more lockdowns and all) but now that things are slowly opening up again and the weather is turning sunny and lovely, time has come to scour your wardrobe and add a few new pieces to help freshen up your style. Now that  garden socialising and meeting outdoors is permitted we can’t wait to to meet with friends for barbecues, picnics in the park and walks around the city.

Not sure what to wear after a year spent in loungewear? Don’t worry, I have you covered for every eventuality.

Floral Dresses

I love love some of the new spring drops at Zara and H&M. Their pieces are so affordable and they easily confused with designer. I specially fell in love with some of their romantic floral dresses in dreamy pastel colours which I think are a must in any Spring/Summer wardrobe.

Gold Earrings

I read somewhere that fine jewellery sales spiked this year and to be fair I’m not surprised. It’s the easiest way to elevate any outfit and look more put together – even if you are still wearing your favourite sweatpants!

I am head over heels with Daisy London gold earrings. They are super cool and sophisticated.

Gorgeous Flats

Flat is definitely the way forward for me and trust me there is no need to compromise on style. From sandals to slides to ballet pumps, flat is the word.

Loose-Fit Jeans and Trousers

Thank goodness loose styles are a must for 2021! I just can’t face getting into anything too tight and uncomfortable right now.

Gorgeous Tops and Blouses

Think pretty, open backs, statement sleeves or asymmetrical. Anything goes but please make it interesting. White t-shirts are a staple (trust me I own at least 5)  but right now I’m feeling the need to be bold either with the cut, the detail or the pattern. Have fun!
