Style Edit: Rose Gold Jewellery

I’m not a lover of over the top bling but jewellery is definitely my favourite accessory and I wear it on a daily basis.

I have heard many people labelling themselves as either a ‘gold person’ or a ‘silver person’ but to be honest both metals have always featured in my jewellery box. I have never really had a preference apart from maybe when I was a teenager going through a grunge phase and thought gold was too bright to accessorize my otherwise very dark outfits -silly I know but I was only 16!

In recent years though rose gold has become very popular amongst fashion lovers looking for stylish and trendy jewellery. I have to admit I have totally fallen head over heels for this soft, feminine, and romantic metal and it now features heavily in my jewellery box. It looks great on his own or paired with either gold or silver and I am yet to discover a person that doesn’t suit rose gold.

rose gold bracelet with silver clasp

Browns Family Jewellers recently sent me this gorgeous Vamp London Rose Gold Bangle and I pretty much haven’t taken it off since it arrived. I love the way it sits on my wrist, the colour, the way it catches the light beautifully and the clever clasp with a built in magnet that makes putting it on and taking it off a lot less fiddly than your average clasps. I can firmly say this rose gold bangle has become one of my favourite pieces of jewellery and I may never take it off again. It’s such a versatile piece of jewellery it will sure take you from day to night effortlessly and in style.

I have had so many amazing comments on this bracelet over the last week that it has inspired me to put together a rose gold jewellery edit for your eyes only. Here are some of my favourite rose gold pieces out there.

  2. I love all of them, gold, platinum, white gold. Rose gold is becoming more modern, I’m definitely considering it more now but I’m such a procrastinator by the time I actually come around it will probably be out of fashion again.

  3. I’m more of a silver person, but I absolutely love rose gold! It’s definitely having a well-deserved fashion moment currently. I love the bangle (no. 4). Unfortunately, I can never wear bangles as I have child wrists! #StayClassyMama

  4. I love rose gold, but in my ginger skin it really doesn’t do so well! I am a white gold (and sapphires!) kind of girl, although I do have some rose gold earrings. These pieces are beautiful. So much envy for those of you that can wear it! #stayclassymama

  5. I love rose gold, Hubby bought me a beautiful diamond encrusted rose gold bangle a couple of years ago. I love that vamp one… It would be a great every day one for me.

  7. I’m usually a white gold kind of gal as i dont like gold on me but find silver usually disagrees with my overly sensitive ears.
