Delicious Quinoa recipes to try

I just bought myself lots of quinoa. Why? Well, because it was half price and because it is supposed to be very good for you – apparently quinoa is a ‘superfood’.

To be honest with you, I don’t know much about it or how to cook it so, I decided to do a little research, and now I would like to share with you my findings on quinoa’s health benefits as well as some delicious recipes I came across.


Quinoa’s Health Benefits
1. Quinoa is one of the most protein-rich foods we can eat.
2. Quinoa contains almost twice as much fibre as most other grains.
3. Quinoa contains Iron.
4. Quinoa contains lysine.
5. Quinoa is rich in magnesium.
6. Quinoa is high in Riboflavin (B2).
7. Quinoa has a high content of manganese.

All these health benefits have definitely convinced me to give quinoa a try.
