I have recently purchased a gorgeous midi animal print skirt and I am obsessed with it. I have always loved animal print (I already own a gorgeous animal print snood and belt) but hadn’t, until now, found the right animal print piece to add to my wardrobe.
Animal print is such a classic that will never go out of fashion. I love it because we can pretty much treat it like a neutral key piece hence making it so easy to style and extremely versatile to wear. It’s also ideal to elevate the most basic of outfits and add some vavavom – think all black or all white with a little animal print = perfect.
As I like to get a lot of wear out of my clothes I have already been thinking about how to style my gorgeous new animal print skirt all year round. I’m thinking gorgeous neutral knits in the autumn and winter (or even print clashing knits if you are brave enough) and basic tank tops, t-shirts and a simple white shirt in the warmer months all tied together with lashes and lashes of gold jewellery and gorgeous, yet comfortable shoes/boots. I love it when a plan comes together…
Now I’ll leave you with some gorgeous ideas from around the internet for some inspiration on how to wear animal print skirts all year round and don’t forget to keep scrolling down to shop the post.

I always think an animal print is too bold for me, but maybe I should give it a whirl #StayClassyMama
I don’t think I would be brave enough to wear animal print but you pull it off so well!#StayClassyMama
Love prints #stayclassymama
You make it look so cool, though I do love a good bold print X #stayclassymama
I love the idea of teaming with clashing prints. Also love the picture of the leopard print pencil with trainers, looks so good. Enjoy your skirt all year #stayclassymama
What a lovely skirt! Really suits you. Totally enjoy wearing it!
I’m not sure I have EVER worn animal print. I love stripes so maybe I’ll look out for a tiger print inspired skirt. #stayclassymama
