Living arrows 12/52

Children painting

We have had a great week and because the weather was so lovely we were out and about making the most of it a lot. In fact every morning after school drop off, little lady and why wondered to the beach or the city park before heading back home.

There was also a lot of painting going on this week and if you follow me on Instagram you might have noticed my Instagram stories have documented all of the above and painting pretty much EVERY DAY!

I love watching my kids while they are engrossed in their creative activities being them making stories, painting or just engaging on some creative play. I find it beautiful and fascinating and whenever possible I try to capture those moments.

  1. Such gorgeous photos! And I love that they paint together, my 2 would argue like anything if I tried to get them to paint on the same bit of paper! x #LivingArrows

  2. It is so joyous to see children enjoying arts and crafts – it’s my absolute favourite thing, and you have captured it beautifully. #PointShoot

  3. Beautiful photos! My son loves painting and luckily he’s super fussy about being tidy so we don’t normally end up with too much mess. He does like to just paint a whole sheet of paper one colour though, so your end result looks much prettier! #livingarrows

  4. Looks like they are having lots of fun with the paint out. I wish i was brave enough to get the paint out in my house – always so scared of the mess he is so likely to make with it! #LivingArrows

    1. Oh it’s messy no doubt and it makes me a bit anxious but I just try putting it to the back if my mind. They are kids after all. Maybe you could let him do it in the kitchen ir outside?

  5. These are lovely photos! I love when they are so engrossed in activity that they don’t even notice you taking photos. #livingarrows

Please leave me a comment. I love reading them!
